Rule # 31: How to wear flare pants.

Previous years some people said that being fabulous means to avoid flared jeans, and boot-cuts, and boyfriend jeans. Pretty much you should wear only skinny jeans. But now, after several season of skintight pants, some designers have expanded their offerings with trousers cut more generously at the hems. 70s style are continuing to make a huge comeback, including the incredibly flattering wide legged or flare pants and our celebs love it!

Flare pants have moved quickly to near the top of the list of everybody's fashion favourites. They are cool, feminine and chic and also classy and elegant. The accentuate a curvy feminine shape perfectly and even make your legs appear longer and leaner.

This pants are for all body shape, just have in mind this tips:

PEAR SHAPE: avoid high-waisted and be careful of pocket placement avoiding flap pockets that have a lot of embellishments. The trick is to wear flare pants that tapper in at the knee and slightly flare out from knee to hem.

APPLE SHAPE: since this body type is more heavy on the upper part, your pants should create a more balanced look by filling out the lower half. Opt for wide leg, bell bottom, or palazzo pants to give a more proportional look. Choose pants with front and back pockets to help disguise your rounded upper body while flattering your curves.

ROUND SHAPE: pants with a straight classic cut suit the most to this body type because it has more weight around the tummy and will likely have large breasts. So wear pants that balance your upper body. Look for pants that are mid-rise. You want to waist to hit across the belly (not below or above it) to make your upper torso look longer. Another tip, go up a size and you will look much slimmer.

RECTANGLE SHAPE: if you have this body type, feel free to wear any style of flare pants with details or simple ones. However, if you're small or petite frame, this figure will look better in well-fitted flare pants. Forget baggy pants from the top down and avoid cuffed pants as they will cut the length of your legs and make you look even smaller.

HOURGLASS SHAPE: definitely flare pants are for women with this body shape because the styles showcase curves. Just make sure you choose a pair that cinches at the waist.

Just one last tip, whatever your body shape is, wear your flare pants always with heels. Have a look at the outfits I have created for you.
